Capitals mark the emphatic letters, 3 is ع and 7 is ح, and ' is the glottal stop that Cairo uses for q.
'awwel, taani, taalet. After a noun they take el- like any adjective: ed-door el-'awwel (the first floor), ed-door et-taani, ed-door et-taalet. 'awwel also goes in front, with no el-: 'awwel yoom (the first day). taani doubles as "again", which is why 'ashoofak taani means "see you again".
